An ADC called trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) has shown remarkable efficacy in several clinical trials called DESTINY.Initial data were available for patients with metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer, followed by data on other HER2-positive solid cancers and breast cancer with low HER2 expression.In this article, we present the first data on the efficacy and safety of T-DXd in Slovenia.
